Elphinstone: New bridge – project finished

Rebuilding in Elphinstone

Over the last months, we had a project in Elphinstone ongoing. An old railway bridge needed major updates. Thanks to the generous support from Trans Canada Trail, Trails Manitoba and Snoman Inc. Tourism Relief Fund, it was possible to rebuild the bridge over Little Saskatchewan River.

Project is finished

Snowmobilers had to take a detour for a little while, but in the end the snowmobile trail could go back to the regular route and include the new bridge. RSTA is very proud of this project – it looks way better now – and thankful for the great collaboration with Thunder & Ice Snowmobile Club (responsible for grooming this stretch in the winter) and our sponsors.
